Main responsibilities:
- Review and pre-screen candidates’ profiles
- Validate candidates’ experience, language skills and initial pre-screening
- Interpret and sort online data
- Use sourcing techniques to Maintain a database of potential candidates
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good computer and research skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Very strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards
