With the continuous growth of the company, Flat Rock Technology is seeking to hire a PPC Manager to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
- Creating, developing & implementing effective paid search strategies;
- Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns;
- Managing & overseeing campaigns across a number of search platforms;
- Provide suggestions and execute best strategies for most relevant keywords, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, etc as per the client objectives;
- Be hands-on in analyzing, optimizing & evolving existing campaigns;
- Be instrumental in building out a clear testing approach and actionable analyses to drive results for clients that exceed current performance benchmarks across key accounts;
- Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate performance and pinpoint issues;
- Monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain better ROI;
- Researching & creating targeted keywords and writing compelling ad text;
- Discover approaches and ways to decrease the risk of click fraud;
Requirements:
- Fluent English, with the ability to communicate internally and externally
- BA in a relevant field and/or additional courses;
- At least 1 year of experience as a PPC manager in either an agency or an in-house marketing team;
- Skillful with Google Ads: Search, pMax, Display. Google Editor. Facebook;
- Understanding of content creation concepts in the ecommerce and marketing world;
- Highly skilled self-learner, eager to master new concepts independently, naturally analytical, and curious;
- Experience in the SEO world is a plus;
- High organizational skills with the ability to work with deadlines and targets;
- The ability to work in a small group and take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities;
