With the continuous growth of the company, Flat Rock Technology is seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated and manual testing processes
- Lead the QA Practice and act as Subject Matter Expert for QA strategies, tool selection and optimization. Represent Flat Rock Technologies in client meetings for planning and preparation of QA requirements.
- Work closely with the Project Managers and technical Team Leads to ensure all projects in the pipeline are delivered with the highest quality standards
- Work with the quality assurance specialists to produce accurate testing plans
- Design, develop, execute and document quality assurance activities
- Application analysis for impact of implementing new features and processes
- Data analysis and verification
Requirements:
- Managerial experience of 2+ years
- 3+ years of experience in testing Mobile, Web and Client/Server applications across different platforms and browsers
- Strong knowledge of testing best practices, technologies and methodologies
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Experience with API clients
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks (C# or Java would be a serious advantage)
- Experience with JIRA and test management tools e.g. TestRail
- Good SQL knowledge and HTML/CSS understanding
- Good written and spoken English
