IPS Group

IPS Group Inc, established in the USA in 2005, revolutionized the Parking Management industry with the introduction of the Smart Parking Meter. In 2016, IPS Group Inc extended its reach to the UK, founding IPS Group UK as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Specializing in Smart Parking Solutions for innovative communities, IPS Group UK integrates Smart Terminals, Data Management, and Complex Analytics seamlessly into existing infrastructure. Since its inception, IPS Group UK has experienced exponential growth, serving diverse locations across the UK and the Republic of Ireland, including cities, towns, rural areas, seaside resorts, and National Parks.

IPS Group UK approached Flat Rock Technology (FRT) with the task of completely redesigning their website. IPS Group UK needed to modernize its outdated website to better represent its innovative Smart Parking Solutions and improve user engagement. They faced issues with outdated design, lack of mobile responsiveness, and ineffective presentation of their services.

FRT approached the project with a strategy aimed at addressing IPS Group UK's specific needs and goals. The first step involved extensive consultation with IPS Group UK to understand their vision, target audience, and desired functionalities for the new website. FRT's team collaborated closely with IPS Group UK to translate their requirements into a comprehensive plan. The solution was developed using WordPress, ensuring flexibility and ease of maintenance. To address the challenge of mobile responsiveness, FRT implemented advanced customization techniques, ensuring that the website delivered a consistent and optimized experience across all devices. Throughout the development process, FRT maintained open communication channels with IPS Group UK, providing regular updates and seeking feedback to ensure alignment with their expectations.
