5 years Tbilisi Office Anniversary

This year marks a special milestone as Flat Rock Technology celebrates the 5th anniversary of our Tbilisi office in Georgia. Our journey in Georgia has been one of growth, collaboration and expansion and we are proud to be part of such a vibrant community. The Tbilisi office has been instrumental in our ability to deliver outstanding services to our clients, thanks to the dedication of our incredible colleagues, we are excited for many more years of growth and success, both in Tbilisi and beyond.

Fostering Team Spirit with Sports Activities

At Flat Rock Technology, we believe in a healthy balance between work and play. This year, our sports activities were an excellent way for employees to connect, stay active and have fun.

Table Tennis Tournaments - We brought the friendly competition to the office with table tennis tournaments, adding an element of fun and excitement to our workplace.
Varna Business Run - In Varna, a group of our colleagues participated in the 6th IHB Business Run. The event was not just about sports; 30% of the entry fees were donated to charity, showcasing our commitment to giving back to the community.
Office Yoga Sessions - To refresh our minds and bodies, we introduced yoga practices in the office during May. These sessions brought a positive and calm start to the day, helping our teams stay focused and energized.

Carbon Neutral - Continuing our commitment to sustainability for the Fourth Consecutive Year

At Flat Rock Technology, sustainability is at the heart of our operations. This year, we proudly achieved carbon neutrality for the fourth consecutive year. As a global company with a team of hundreds, our dedication to innovation is paralleled by our strong commitment to environmental sustainability.

Our ongoing commitment to reducing our carbon footprint was further supported by a project that helps offset emissions. In partnership with Bundled Solar Power Project by D.J. Malpani and Giriraj Enterprises, we are offsetting our emissions responsibly. The purpose of the project activity is to generate renewable solar energy which will replace anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases, showcasing our commitment to sustainability and contributing to a cleaner planet.

As a carbon-neutral organization, we lead by example, striving to make a positive impact on the environment while setting the standard for responsible business practices. Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond compliance and we are determined to continue playing our part in preserving the planet for future generations.

Flat Rock Technology Becomes an Oracle PartnerNetwork Member

In 2024, we reached a new milestone in our strategic partnerships, by becoming an Oracle ParnerNetwork member. The strategic partnership solidifying our position in the tech industry, marks a significant milestone in our commitment to delivering innovative solutions and top-tier services to our clients.

2024 saw Flat Rock Technology reach another milestone by becoming a Certified Consulting Partner with Databricks.

In 2024, we also achieved another significant milestone by becoming a CompTIA Solution Provider. Flat Rock Technology becomes MuleSoft Partner

This year, we expanded our technical expertise by becoming a MuleSoft Partner. With a team of certified MuleSoft developers, we are now fully equipped to design, test, debug, build and manage APIs and integrations using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform. This partnership enhances our ability to offer seamless and effective integration solutions for our clients.

8. Expanding ISO certification coverage

We’re proud to announce that our ISO certifications now extend to our offices in Ruse and Burgas, further reinforcing our commitment to quality and security. Flat Rock Technology is now certified with ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 20000, covering more regions and ensuring we maintain the highest standards of quality across all our operations.

A major milestone: Exhibiting at Web Summit

For the first time, Flat Rock Technology participated in the Web Summit, one of the largest tech events in the world, with over 70,000 attendees. This was an important milestone for us, providing a valuable opportunity to showcase our services and solutions. We exhibited our capabilities in software development, digital solutions and IT consultancy, engaging with potential clients and partners to discuss how we can support their digital transformation needs.

In addition to exhibiting, the event allowed us to network with industry leaders and gain insights into emerging trends and technologies. The Web Summit offered a platform to exchange ideas and build connections that could lead to future collaborations.

10. Celebrating Employee Commitment: 5, 10 and 15-Year Anniversaries

At Flat Rock Technology, we are incredibly fortunate to have dedicated employees who have been with us for many years. This year, we celebrated the 5-year anniversaries of 9 employees, the 10-year anniversaries of 5 employees and the 15-year anniversary of one outstanding team member. The hard work, commitment and passion of these individuals have been pivotal to the success and positive changes we’ve achieved in 2024. Without their dedication, none of our milestones, whether it's our growth, partnerships, or sustainability efforts, would have been possible. Their contributions continue to shape the company’s future and we look forward to celebrating many more achievements together.
