The Digital Outcomes and Specialist, part of the Digital Marketplace, is a dynamic framework that supports the delivery of the Government Digital Strategy. It aims to help public sector organizations to buy, design or builds services from a list of approved vendors, all of whom must provide high quality, experience and credibility.
