Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in email marketing or digital marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Experience in managing email campaign workflows, automation, segmentation, and personalization
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including A/B testing, optimization, and deliverability
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and editing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
  • Familiarity with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and best practices
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email customization
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, campaign reporting tools, etc.)
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or B2C marketing
