Main responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
  • Conduct market and internal client portfolio research to identify potential customers and business opportunities
  • Develop and implement lead-generation strategies across multiple channels (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, events, etc.)
  • Utilize CRM systems to track, analyze, and manage leads efficiently
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted campaigns and optimize lead quality
  • Monitor and analyze lead performance metrics to refine acquisition strategies
 
Supply Management:
  • Maintain a consistent and high-quality supply of leads by sourcing from various channels
  • Manage relationships with lead providers, affiliates, and third-party vendors
  • Ensure lead data accuracy, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company standards
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand lead requirements and improve conversion rates
  •  Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to maximize ROI

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation and demand generation
  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize lead performance
  •  Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  •  Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external vendors
  •  Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media lead-generation strategies is recommended
