The Challenge
The challenge was to replace an outdated solution with a more efficient and modern system for online delivery and inventory management at one of Europe's largest airports. The existing solution was no longer meeting the airport's needs, necessitating a digital transformation to improve accuracy, safety, and security in booking and delivering items for airport construction projects.

The Solution
A web platform was developed to serve as the new Online Delivery and Inventory Management System. The platform included a booking portal with various methods for suppliers to make bookings, along with tracking capabilities, way-point recording, delivery scheduling, inventory management, warehouse management, and emissions categorization and reporting for each booking. The aim was to provide accurate, safe, and secure mechanisms for suppliers to book and deliver items.
