Main responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical setup and launch of online advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring accurate implementation of tracking links, tracking tags, and targeting parameters.
• Analyzing various aspects of the company activity and providing relevant reports and insights for the team while identifying trends and opportunities for optimization. 
• Involvement in multiplicity of tests ensuring we’re on top of up-to-date industry trends. 
• Proactive identification and troubleshooting of technical issues that may arise during ad campaigns in close collaboration with relevant team members to resolve discrepancies or challenges.
• Collaboration with technical, business, and operational teams of the company.
• Being on top of the latest trends and advancements in the industry and the company’s activity. Evaluation and implementation of new tools or features that can enhance performance and efficiency.
• Assisting ad operations lead in projects and developments. 

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Tech savvy personality - comfortable with technical aspects of advertising technology and skills to google your way to solutions. 
• Spreadsheets - the ability to create/get, analyze, and interpret data. (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Problem-solving attitude to cope with a wide variety of challenges.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player skilled at motivating employees and colleagues. Task and goal-oriented.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Advertising, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
